R&D INSTITUTIONS
Since establishment, our company has been working closely with College of Polymer Materials and Engineering from Qingdao University of Science & Technology, which is the top university majored in polymer materials and chemicals, in the form of industry-university-research joint innovation base. Most of technicians and engineers are from QUST. From 2020, we have also established the same cooperation relationship with Huazhong University of Science and Technology, which is professional in optical fibers. All these factors bring us unique technology and product quality.

So far, Yuanbang New Material Company has 35 utility model patents and 11 invention patents. It has obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification, ISO 50001 Energy Management System Certification, and CNAS Laboratory Accreditation Certificate. Its product quality and reputation are widely praised by customers and partners at home and abroad.
ADVANCED EQUIPMENT
Equipment in our workshop is the most automated in the industry. For example, our central control system is from Beijing Hollysys, which is the appointed supplier of controlling systems for CRH (high-speed train); our reaction still is the biggest and most advanced among all the PVC aids manufacturers. The whole production line is controlled automatically, which ensures the purity and quality stability of product. So far, Yuanbang New Material company has more than 60,000 square meters of dust-free and anti-static workshop, with 304 steel conveying system for the whole process. Annual production capacity of various PVC aids is 60,000 tons.

Yuanbang New Material company is only 70 kilometers away from Qingdao Port. After loading, the containers can return back to the container yard within 1 hour. In this case, our goods can always catch the nearest vessel voyage.
